Booking Process
Customers can make a reservation for our quad experiences through our online booking form or by contacting us by phone or WhatsApp.
Deposit and Payment Terms
Required Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your booking:
- For groups of 1-8 people: €20 deposit per booking
- For groups of 9 or more: The deposit amount will be communicated by our reservations manager, as it varies depending on group size
The booking deposit serves several essential functions:
- It allows us to secure and allocate the necessary equipment for your visit date and time
- Enables us to arrange appropriate transport and logistics in advance
- Confirms the reservation of equipment and guides exclusively for your booking
- Helps us maintain service quality by efficiently managing our resources and tour schedules
When we confirm your booking, we block the requested equipment and time slot specifically for your group, ensuring availability for your chosen date and time.
Payment Structure
- The deposit amount will be deducted from the total tour price
- The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour
- We accept cash and credit cards for both the deposit and final payment
- The deposit can be paid via secure online payment or bank transfer
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
Client-Initiated Changes
Rescheduling:
- Requests made 7 or more days before the tour date: May be accepted subject to availability
- Requests made less than 7 days before the tour date: Subject to equipment and guide availability
- In all cases, your deposit will be transferred to the new date if rescheduling is possible
Cancellations:
- All booking deposits are non-refundable in case of client cancellation
- This applies regardless of when the cancellation is made
Company-Initiated Changes
Weather or Operational Cancellations:
- We will notify clients as soon as possible when weather or other circumstances require cancellation
- Clients will be offered either: a) Rescheduling to another date (not subject to the 7-day rule), OR b) A full refund of the deposit
- This is the only circumstance in which deposits are refundable

During the booking process, we require the following information from clients:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country
- Pickup location
- Drop-off location
Pickup and Drop-off
Free pickup and drop-off is included for accommodations within Marrakech city. If your stay is outside the city, we will inform you of any additional charges based on distance.

Equipment and Personal Belongings
Equipment Damage
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment during the tour
- Additional charges will apply in case of damage to quads or other equipment
- The charge amount will be based on the extent of damage
Personal Belongings
- Quad Agafay and Moro Experiences LTD are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the tour
- Participants are advised to properly secure their personal belongings
- We recommend bringing only essential items on the tour
Insurance Requirements
- Participants should have travel insurance that specifically covers quad/ATV activities
- It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their insurance coverage is adequate
- We recommend checking your insurance coverage before the tour date
Documentation and Requirements
Required Documents
- No driving license is required to participate in our quad activities
- No ID is required to drive the quads
- However, we recommend having ID on you for general travel purposes
Photography and Video Policy
- Participants are free to take photos and videos during the tour
- Permission must be obtained from other participants before including them in photos or videos
- Our team members may be photographed, subject to their individual consent
- We reserve the right to use photos/videos taken during tours for promotional purposes
Tour Schedule and Timing
Duration and Arrival
- Tour duration is specified in your booking confirmation
- For direct arrivals at our base:
- Late arrivals will only be accepted if spaces are available
- If the tour is full, late arrivals cannot be accommodated
- No refunds will be given for tours missed due to late arrival
- We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
Safety and Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years
- No specific weight restrictions
- No prior experience required
- Safety equipment provided
- Professional guides included
- Safety briefing provided before the tour
Alcohol Policy:
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance will not be permitted to drive
- No refunds will be given if participants are denied participation due to intoxication
- This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of all participants
- Our guides have the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication
